   I’ve sobbed like a little girl just reading about Ruffian. She never trailed for a moment of any race. It’s otherworldly.

   The love affair people have with horses like her, Secretariat, an that I have with Curlin – that’s the reason I love this game. I love these horses. They’re my freakin’ heroes.

   As much as I love Curlin, it was so moving to see Rags to Riches win as the first filly in the Belmont in 100 years right there, within site of Ruffian’s grave, and around the same track that the great filly herself perished at.

   She was one horse I watched all the way from the start. She was a great horse. Did you click on that link? I bawl like a baby when I watch that video.

    I was reading something about something about that – but not in a bad way. Not an error, but about removing the date. I’ll try to remember where it was and locate it.

    Of course, I’ve been up now for 24 hours so gosh knows what I’ll end up sending you. Struggling to stay awake – fighting it! :)

    I was just viewing in the tags for someone to teach me how to take photos, via the photography tag.

    nice find, Diss – I left her a comment welcoming her to the community. Check out her one Appaloussa named “cosmo” witha gorgeous chestnut hue about 3-4 posts down. That’s a gorgeous horse!

    By the way, Rain and Diss – the two of you have been nominated for some blogger’s choice awards or something. I don’t know, some horse nut was babbling something incoherently about it over in the “wahoo” off-topic thread. :)
