		<description><![CDATA[Around the world, Graffiti has been used to make political statements that perhaps can&#039;t be made in public form.  It is a form of art that should be respected as a statement of opinion, especially since a public statement in Birmingham, Alabama surely wouldn&#039;t have gone over without some sort of retaliation.  In Argentina and many other cities outside of the US, stenciling and freeform graffiti are acceptable and used frequently as public action to make statements against power, and it should just as acceptable in the United States.  It&#039;s not vandalism, it&#039;s a political statement through art, and Banksy is one of the best.]]></description>
