I installed a really pretentious (and somewhat hokey, frankly) handle on my research essay for psychology this term. It’s called: Through the Looking Glass? Reflections on Mirror Neurons and Insights into Research Psychology. The rest of the paper was pretty good, actually.
Awesome! I think my best was also an Alice title, but can’t recall it word for word at this point (not enough coffee). It was a philosophy paper on the torture question (you’ve got a terrorist who says he planted a nuke…do you torture him?). I do remember that in that paper I quoted Aristotle, Aristophanes, Plato, Lewis Carroll, CS Lewis, Disraeli and Chris deBurgh, and I got 100%. Thank god, cuz I hadn’t done any coursework: ended up with 50% and a pass for the year. And one quite mystified prof.
