- that Cthulhu tee is $39!!! so it’s not going to be in my dresser drawers any time soon, alas.
- My friend Lorenzo is firmly of the opinion that the blow that did the most damage was the cry “It’s an old lady!”
- there was a third thing, but I can’t remember it and have only four minutes and thirty seconds left on this computer. But it was funny. Really
- Check the Cthulhu tag or read Archie’s blog to satiate your demented Cthulhu desires.
Where are you posting from these days? Home still buggered? I thought you were room-mateless. Curiously yours, LB
I’m currently up to my ears in roommate, alas. I miss being a loner more than I can possibly say. He’s a lovely, lovely fellow, but he has to go.
Right now I’m at an internet cafe, since all the public computers are shut down on the holiday Monday. Most of the time I post from Tradeworks/The Job Shop which is just down the street. One advantage of the DTES is the availability of public computers; the problem is the public. But at least STRANGERS don’t read over my shoulder like roomie does!
We have a new kitten. Pila de madera! Interested?
Alas, no. I’m much more of a dog person than a cat person, but currently I’m definitely trying to decrease the number of life-forms in my house, not increase it. I may get a dog in a few months, but not until I’ve enjoyed many blissful months of lonerdom.
I missed your answer on this. I felt your time constraint of 4 and a half minutes as if it was mine! (even though it was 2 days later!) And when I said interested I meant house-sitting, although we didn’t have our confirmation yet. What a dits I’ve been lately, hopefully it’s curable.
I’m ALWAYS interested in house-sitting, particularly when I have a roommate. I needs my space!
Excellent !!! You’ll have all the space you can handle. Guaranteed. Christmas dinner too, if you don’t have a conflict. In dates that is. I still picture your DTES fire wood collection! I had to pause there, chest vibrating too much; made more pitiful especially with a cord of two year-aged ‘pila de madera’ right outside the window. Placed as such for your convenience. Lickety-split and poof!
Next time I’ll remember you have “outdoors” there and bring a flashlight!
Supah, where ya headed?
Cuba again. It’s nice to know a few natives and visit their homes and kids and treat them! (Although it is usually the opposite no matter how poor they are.) The hotel is pretty good and being all-inclusive there are only a few decisions to make in a day. Beach or pool or both counts as three! My mouth just started watering for Caribbean lobster so I’ve pre-decided already. Whew, exhausting!
Ooooooh, sounds fabulous! Email me deets!
Here, I think you need some of this:

Just not with the guy holding it.
