Wow, ‘mazing pic.
May 11, 2008 @ 16:33:12
That is one elegant photograph.
May 11, 2008 @ 16:33:32
[i am a little worried there is no squid in it though do you have a fever?]
May 11, 2008 @ 16:39:11
Why do you think the horse is running? The squid is implied . . .
May 11, 2008 @ 17:12:24
How dense am I? I did not even snap to that.
May 11, 2008 @ 19:41:31
You’re not dense. Light doesn’t bend around you; it shimmers and dances in a halo of diffuse brightness – oh, wait, the dog musta licked my glasses . . .
May 11, 2008 @ 20:17:30
It’s such a gorgeous picture that reminds me of my mare that I teared up. Thanks for stealing it and posting it. :)
May 11, 2008 @ 22:50:10
That’s a beautiful image! Around these parts, we’re getting geared up for the Preakness; which is one huge party-fest. But I’ve always had a soft spot for photos of horses!
May 12, 2008 @ 01:14:13
I’m glad you like it. This reminds me of a gorgeous oil painting, probably by one of those florid Frenchmen of the Eighteenth Century.
Steve, you’re in Preaknesstown? Get thee over to TheAspiringHorseplayer immediately! He needs a spy on the ground.
May 12, 2008 @ 01:14:43
And yes, the Squid is implied. I’ve been neglecting my squid lately, haven’t I?
May 12, 2008 @ 02:53:35
Wow, Rain, that sounds really dirty.
Frontier, that is so gallant, I am all aflutter.
May 12, 2008 @ 03:04:29
now you are being sarcastic.
May 12, 2008 @ 03:48:44
Not at all; if you had broadband you could see her flutter.

Horses aren’t very smart, most of them, but they’re very loyal.
I’ve been at this blog for two years and three months. Things take awhile to grow, don’t sweat it.

This Photograph was so stunning I just had to paint it! I have painted it on a large canvas 125 x 150 and it is my pride and Joy!! Beautiful creature and thankyou for sharing your work.
Jun 26, 2009 @ 15:08:08
Really? How cool. It’s very painterly to begin with, so I’m sure it turned out really well.
