Well, at least the Americans have apologized for lynching the Canadian child. They promise it won’t happen again. Never more will a Canadian child be lynched for a crime committed by two Americans…who were never prosecuted, although their guilt was established by both Canadian and American authorities.

That’s a relief, eh?
