Annals of Oceanography–What The Hell Is This?!:

It was 40 feet long. It weighed 13 tons. And it washed up on a beach in Chile last July. And no one could figure out just what it was. For a while the scientific community got all excited because it was thought The Blob might be the remains of the intriguing, elusive and rarely seen Giant Squid. Or perhaps the world’s largest piece of bubble gum. But Skip Pierce, a biologist at the University of San Francisco, used electron microscopy to determine that The Blob is in fact the putrid, rotting, remains of a….sperm whale. Oh well. The hunt for the Giant, or Colossal, Squid continues…
Damn, it’s just a massive whale loogey…..

  1. But I guarantee you that someone will cut it open looking for whale puke. With good reason.

But I think they should bury it rather than blow it up.

PS: your “Perez Hilton naked” comment brought me in a hit yesterday.

Just thought I’d return the favour :-)

  2. Y’know. If anyone could find a song about a forty-ton rotting whale carcass on YouTube, it’s Raincoaster.

But she still hasn’t found me my video of Max the 2,000-Year-Old Mouse. Not that I’m bitter or anything.

  3. I already told you: it does not exist. Nor is the series available on dvd. All you can do is call the production company of the movie and ask for it to be burned to dvd and shipped to you. Best of luck with that. Meantime, console yourself with Rocket Robin Hood. You wouldn’t be the first man to do so.

Now I’m off to YouTube “Rotting Whale”.

  4. Pingback: raincoaster » lawyer convention!!! followup to Colossal Loogey story
