Some things, my friends, never change. Working the technical support front lines is one of those things. Here’s the best thing to come out of Norway since…ever.
I’m having these problems with my students all the time. I can absolutely relate to that. Great clip ;-)
This reminds me of answering questions on the forum *ROTFLMAO* :D
This is the funniest thing I’ve seen coming out of Norway since pickled herring.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! Just like my damned PL/SQL course where the instructor assumed that we all had at least a couple of years of experience in the language.
Except I could open the book . . . .
I’m still having trouble with that, actually.
My favorite part is where he shows him the documentation. I mean, Dell technical support is all online (not even a phone number as far as I can tell) and if your problem is you can’t get online, ubfuckt yo. There’s a blog I ran across the other day from some tech who had to consult some documentation…and it was all in Flash. Charmant.
I’ve seen this before but it’s so hilarious I could watch it ten times
I never saw it before Saturday, when a woman I was teaching blogging to showed me. It really is hilarious.
Reminds me of a Monty Python sketch.
Hysterical.

Excellent!
Yes, it does. I wonder how it hid from me all this time. Well, I’m not really attuned to the Norwegian media, it must be said.
I’d never seen it before now either. And I may have to steal it …
Yes, I have to say that Norwegian comedy sketches don’t often come my way. Heck, I didn’t even know they had humour over there ;) .
Well I know the Norwegians have a reputation for being a bit freaky, but amusing…I had not expected that. It IS very Pythonesque.
