This was sent to me by a Norwegian residing in Japan whom I’ve never met, and who found me online through the title of a newsletter I used to edit, which also happened to be her first name. Still is, as far as I’m aware, unless she went and changed it because of the notoriety.
Because we are, as you know, all about the decorative caffeinated beverages here on the ol’ raincoaster blog, when she saw this she felt compelled to forward it here, just for me ‘n thee.

Very cool photos, and a very cool blog. The one thing I was never able to master was the picture pour, and there are only a few places here in Vancouver that will do it. My old espresso machine finally gave up the ghost and stovetop makers just don’t do it for me.
