For the record, I got the run done, although I shut down prematurely due to ankle problems. And then tonight I ran into a kid I thought was in great shape from the look of her thighs…until I saw her arms. They looked like the arms of an 80-year-old woman or concentration camp victim. Balance is key, people! NOT A GOOD LOOK even at 18.
