Operation Global Media Domination: the temptation situation

Have I ever explained just how difficult it is to maintain the care and feeding of a decent blog while actually working?

Hell to the No! How would I know, right?

But it is. Found out today. Wish me luck feeding the beast, as they say in the White House, now that I actually have, like, “work” and stuff to do.

Meantime, just because it was good for 37 comments last time, let’s have a piccie from my new favoritest movie!

  1. When I used to go to work (i.e. before the war), I would return home too tired to update my blog. I used to post twice a week in best cases! Blogs take a lot of time and energy; I hope we are making a difference with our blogs. :)

  2. What’s this work thingy? Why, if I cast my mind back as far as……….yesterday, you were getting ’em out for Boris or riding the front forks of a bike for Guido. What, pray tell have you done to get work? What is the nature of said?

    My breath is bated.

  3. So’s mine. We’ll see if I get paid in a what do you call it? A timely fashion. An old client suddenly dumped a pile of work on me. But I’m still going after the Boris job; London is much nicer than the Downtown Eastside, and after several years in a neighborhood with an average life expectancy of 32, it would be a nice treat to work in Parliament.

To say nothing of saving enough to finish my degree at Oxford.
