We aren't allowed to do what you're doing, and we're not using blogspot, so nobody here will be able to help you.she was not being rude at all. first off, this is the wp.com forums, where most of us volunteers (we are not staff but volunteers who take time to help other bloggers out but only on wp.com blogs because we are using it and therefore most familiar with it) only have knowledge in wp.com blogs. you provided a blogspot blog, and we don’t use that, so rain’s point is that since we don’t use blogspot, we can’t help you.
i understand that you are trying to learn blogging, but when someone says they can’t help, it doesn’t mean they’re rude. it just means that they don’t have the right knowledge in the product you’re using.
also, i think that nobody is obligated to help you. if they refuse just go elsewhere and seek help. there are plenty of resources on the internet to help you start with blogging.
